1. Controller

The controller for data processing is the operator of this website (see contact page).

2. Data we process

• Access data (server logs): IP address, time, requested page – to keep the service technically operational and to prevent abuse.
• Account data (if registered): username, e-mail, hashed password.
• Room content: images, comments and room settings you upload. Room passwords are stored as hashes only.
• Cookies: session cookie, “keep me signed in” cookie, theme preference and room management cookies. Required for operation – no advertising trackers.

3. Purposes & legal basis

Processing takes place to provide the service (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) or on the basis of legitimate interest in security and stability (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Retention & deletion

Rooms are deleted automatically when the chosen lifetime ends (including images and comments). Account data is kept until the account is deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Send requests to the contact e-mail address.

6. External resources

The “Material Design Icons” font is loaded from a CDN (jsdelivr.net); your IP address is transmitted to that provider. No analytics or advertising tools are used.
