1. Scope

By using Plubbi you accept these terms. The service is provided free of charge and “as is”.

2. Account & usage

• Registration is free. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret.
• Abuse (automated bulk uploads, circumventing limits) is prohibited.

3. Content

You remain the sole rights holder of your images. At the same time you grant us the temporally and spatially unlimited, non-exclusive right to store and serve the content for display within the service for as long as the room exists.

Prohibited content is defined in the Content & Community Rules.

4. Retention period

Rooms expire after the chosen lifetime and are then permanently deleted together with all images and comments. Save important images before expiry.

5. Liability

We accept no warranty for availability, data loss or damages arising from use of the service. For third-party content we are only liable once notified.

6. Changes & termination

We may change, restrict or discontinue the service at any time. You can stop using your account at any time; the room retention rules apply regardless.

7. Final provisions

The law of the operator's country applies. Should individual clauses be invalid, the rest remains valid.
